Step-by-step cooking
Beef meat is washed under cold water, dried and cut into strips like beef stroganoff.
Sprinkle the meat with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into half rings
In a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry the meat over high heat until a crust forms. add the onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Preheat the cream to 80 degrees, add turmeric, mix well and pour into a frying pan or a saucepan where the meat will be stewed.
Mix the meat and onion with cream and continue to simmer until the meat is ready.
Served with any side dish and vegetables.
