Step-by-step cooking
We wipe the cottage cheese in any way you know, I used a blender.
Add semolina, sugar, vanilla, egg to it and knead the curd mass.
Prepare fresh raspberries (sort and rinse with cold water).
Sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out the curd dough sausage.
Cut it into mugs and form tortillas.
We put a berry on each cake and roll the balls.
We make cheesecakes out of balls with a knife and fry them in preheated vegetable oil until ready.
Served with sour cream, or raspberry syrups.
