Step-by-step cooking
Peel the strawberries and cut into small slices. Mint is washed and finely chopped. In a bowl, mix strawberries, mint and sugar. We leave everything so that the strawberry will let the juice. For now, let's do a baguette (or a loaf). In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the pieces of bread until crisp. To keep the butter from burning, add a spoonful of vegetable oil to it. We spread our filling on toasted bread and serve it to the table. It is very tasty to leave the bread with the filling for a couple of minutes to soak in strawberry juice. Enjoy your meal!
