Step-by-step cooking
From cooked minced meat (which one you like best), I had minced pork + beef, as well as some potatoes, onion turnip for juiciness, and of course salt, pepper to taste.
So, we start making meatballs from the cooked minced meat, it turns out about 20 pcs. If you cook for children, then you should not add minced meat.
Prepare carrots and onions in advance. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
We will also prepare a mixture in advance that will need to be mixed with milk. To do this, mix the following products: starch, tomato.pasta, flour, sugar, salt, ground red pepper, ground black pepper. We take them in any quantity as you want more according to taste :)
Dilute the resulting mixture in cold milk. Mix thoroughly.
Now, lightly fry the meatballs in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add carrots and onions to the meatballs.
Pour the resulting mixture of meatballs and cook over medium heat under the lid for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
While our meatballs are being prepared, you can cook pasta. Well, of course, anyone likes it, maybe someone likes potatoes :)
I decided to cook pasta nests. I always cook pasta according to the classic Italian recipe.
To do this, put the nests in a low dish (in one row), pour boiling water so that the water covers them almost completely, add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt to taste and simmer until cooked over low heat. Usually I have this process takes no more than 10 minutes. Then carefully so as not to damage the mold. put the nests with a slotted spoon on a plate.
Well, that's all the pasta with meatballs ready
Bon appetit to everyone :)
