Step-by-step cooking
1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Then turn into a puree using a blender or fork.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat with sugar. Then add flour to them and beat again.
3. Whisk the whites.
4. Mix strawberry puree, yolks and whites until smooth and fluffy.
5. Bake the omelet in a well-heated frying pan in butter. You can use special molds for making omelets.
6. Serve with sour cream, garnished with strawberries and sprinkled with cinnamon.
