Step-by-step cooking
First we prepare an omelet.
It is best to cook it with vegetables. For example, it turns out well with green peas, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers.
Cut the pepper into strips, chop the onion, tomatoes into slices.
Fry all these vegetables a little in a frying pan, add peas to them, and then drive eggs into them and fry together until the eggs are ready.
We cut circles or ovals out of lavash.
We put the finished omelet with vegetables on the pita bread for one half.
We put a piece of cheese on the omelet. It is not necessary to take suluguni. It is even better to take Dutch, sour cream, etc.
Pita bread is folded and fried on 2 sides in vegetable oil. It will literally take a minute or two if the oil is warmed up.
Decorate the pita bread with herbs and fresh tomatoes. You can not decorate, appetizing and so :).
