Pancakes with blueberries and cottage cheese filling

Step-by-step cooking
First we prepare pancakes. Beat eggs with sugar (50 g), add flour with baking powder, milk, salt. Continue to beat until smooth.
In a blender or combine, grind blueberries with sugar (30 gr). Add the berries to the dough. Pour in vegetable oil, mix.
Preheat the pan and bake pancakes on both sides.
Making the filling. Mix sugar, sour cream, and van with cottage cheese.sugar. We divide the mass into 2 parts.
Blueberries (100 gr) are crushed and put in the first part of the cream.
Lubricate each pancake with cream of cottage cheese and sour cream. We coat it with cream with blueberries on top. We put blueberries on the edge, roll the pancake into a roll.
Wonderful blueberry pancakes are ready!
