Put 1 tablespoon of grated apple in the middle of each pancake (apples are preferably sweet and sour).



Pour condensed milk on top of the grated apples, 1 teaspoon each.

Fold each pancake into an envelope or rectangle.



Melt butter in a frying pan, fry pancakes on it until a nice crust.

When serving, sprinkle each "pocket" with cinnamon.
