Step-by-step cooking
Grate three pumpkins. Fry the onion in vegetable oil (a small amount of oil).
Add grated pumpkin to the onion, salt, pepper, simmer until cooked. Put the crushed garlic.
Cut out circles from lavash (you can use a saucer).
We put pumpkin filling on the circles, lubricate the pita bread along the edges with water and then glue the edges together.
Fry the pasties with pumpkin in a small amount of vegetable oil.
