Step-by-step cooking
Wash and dry the pork.
Peel the garlic, cut it into long segments.
We make small incisions along the perimeter of the pork, where we put garlic.
Cut the onion into half rings, put it on a baking sheet.
Mix soy sauce with water, vinegar, pour it all on a baking sheet.
Spread the butter pieces on top of the onion.
Pepper pork, salt, sprinkle with onion powder very abundantly.
We put pork on an onion pillow, sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Cover the pork with foil and bake for an hour and a half at 180 gr.
Remove the foil, keep the meat in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Baked pork can be eaten both hot and cold.
