Dilute yeast with sugar in 50 ml of warm water. Let them rise to the cap.
Pour salt into a bowl, pour milk, melted butter, mix.
Pour out the sifted flour, top with yeast foam. Mix yeast with flour, being careful not to touch the liquid. Then mix everything together and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
Fry the cutlets.
To do this, scroll all the products through a meat grinder, add eggs, starch, milk powder (cream), mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Mix everything well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Next, put the frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil, heat it up and fry the cutlets rolled in breadcrumbs.
Put the cooled cutlets in the refrigerator.
In the morning, take the dough out of the refrigerator, put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough warms up, cut off a piece from it, roll it into a layer. Wrap the cutlet in this layer and put the bun with the cutlet on a baking sheet. After half an hour, grease the cutlets in the dough with egg, beaten with milk and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished rolls with cutlet with water, cover with a towel.
If you make these rolls at once, then you do not need to put the dough in the refrigerator. You need to put it in a warm place to approach, knead 2 times, and then make rolls.
