Step-by-step cooking
Beat the egg with salt, add flour, pour beet juice and knead until smooth. Add vegetable oil and mix again.
Bake pancakes, as usual, in a frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides. As soon as all the pancakes are ready, we proceed to the preparation of the filling.
Mix cream cottage cheese with pepper, horseradish, salt. We grind the nuts and add them too.
We apply the filling evenly to each pancake and align it.
We spread salad leaves on one edge of the pancake, we also lubricate them with stuffing, and put red fish on top.
Roll the pancake into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour, pre-wrapped in plastic wrap.
After we cut the pancakes into pieces and serve a wonderful snack to the table.
