Step-by-step cooking
Cut the onion into small cubes, then fry in oil until soft. Grate the carrots, put them on the onion, and massage. Cool, combine with minced meat, pepper, salt, homemade seasoning, mix well.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 4 pieces.
Put a layer of dough on the bottom of the oiled mold. There is a layer of meat filling on it. Lay out the remaining dough with the filling in layers, cover with dough on top, pour in a mass mixed with kefir, eggs, water with salt and soda (instead of mineral water, which I did not have) and oil.
Bake the burek at 200 ° C for 25 minutes. As soon as the crust on the buret began to darken, switch the oven to the lower preheating and reduce the temperature to 130 degrees. In total, the bureck stood in the oven for a little more than an hour.
Serve hot, pre-sliced into portions.
You can make a sauce. I mixed sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic squeezed through a garlic press, finely chopped dill.
