Knead the dough in a sourdough way (I kneaded it in a bread maker).

Scroll the minced meat through a meat grinder. Add more greens.

Put the dough on the table, dusty with flour, cover with a bowl, let it come up again. After that, cut the dough into pieces. Roll out each part, trying to make the edges thinner than the middle.

Put the cooked minced meat on a flatbread.

Collect the whites, put them on a baking sheet, let them rest, grease with egg and bake. I have 4 whites on a baking sheet.

As soon as the dough turns brown, and the fat in the minced meat boils and becomes transparent, the white is ready. This is about 20-25 minutes.
Put the whites on a dish, lubricate the surface of the whites with butter and cover with a napkin, paper or towel for a few minutes so that the crust becomes soft.
