1. Heat the pan a little. Add oil.
2. Put fresh bacon on a frying pan and fry over moderate heat until lightly crusted at the edges (try to fry a little more somehow, it's also delicious).
3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir a little, just slightly dispel the yolks. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper on the tip of a knife.
4. Pour the contents onto the bacon and fry, classically lifting the scraps of the omelet to fry whole.
5. Put the salad leaves softened with a rolling pin on plates. Put a hot omelet directly on the leaves.
