Step-by-step cooking
For the dough: pour flour into a bowl, beat in an egg, add salt, pour in water and vodka and knead the dough. After the dough is kneaded, let it rest for 10 minutes. And at this time, make minced meat for chebureks.
For minced meat: lean meat (beef + pork), onion (preferably white, since it is not bitter), ripe large tomato (instead of water). Twist the ingredients, add salt, pepper, and knead.
Cut the dough into small pieces, make flagella, roll them up with a snail, roll out thinly, put a spoonful of minced meat, fold the dough in half, cut the cheburek in a circle with a plate, pinch the edges with a fork.
Ready cheburek fry in boiling oil for 4-5 minutes.
Cheburek sauce: mix adjika with finely chopped tomato and finely chopped cilantro. Mix everything together.
