Step-by-step cooking
Thoroughly mix all herbs and spices. Chop the garlic and rosemary.
We pass the pre-prepared meat through a meat grinder. Now mix the meat with seasonings, add a glass of water to the resulting mass and beat the minced meat well.
Next, we stuff our sausages. We tie the kupaty at a distance of about 15-20 centimeters. After that, we pierce each of our sausages in several places with a toothpick.
Now we put all our sausages on a baking sheet and put them in a moderately heated oven for about an hour, piercing several times with a toothpick.
