Washed and peeled vegetables are cut into very thin strips. Chop the onion into half rings. Fry each type of vegetable separately in a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil until soft. Chicken breasts are separated from the bones and cut into strips 0.5 cm thick. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour a small amount of soy sauce with olive oil (2 tbsp. l.), mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, fry the meat in a preheated frying pan until a crisp crust forms. Sprinkle the meat with pepper and sugar. We put chicken meat with vegetables in a saucepan. Mix all the components. Boil the nudels or rice noodles until tender in salted water. We throw it into a colander to drain the water. Add noodles to meat with vegetables. We serve noodles in Chinese style in hot form. Bon appetit!
