Cooking method
Cut off excess fat from the meat and cut it into convenient pieces, then grind it in a meat grinder. Add salt, fennel, pepper mixture to the minced meat, mix everything. Add the wine and stir again.
Install a special sausage attachment on the meat grinder, put the intestines on it and start squeezing the sausage into them, evenly distributing it along the entire length of the intestine. What length you need, we choose ourselves. The intestines can be wrapped with a thick thread. I made sausages 25 cm long.
Now we fry the sausages for our pleasure on the grill or on the grill, or on the coals, as you like. Very tasty grilled sausages are obtained !!!
