Step-by-step cooking
First we take the potatoes, peel them and boil them so that they are almost ready. We will not wait until it cools down completely, but immediately mash it as for mashed potatoes. Melt the butter and add it to the potatoes. In addition to the butter, we will add another raw chicken egg to it and season with salt and black and red ground pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Now we will make balls from the potato mass and pan them in wheat flour or breadcrumbs. Heat olive or sunflower oil in a deep frying pan and fry the potato balls until golden brown. When they are ready, we will serve them on the table, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs and sprinkled with fresh sour cream. This dish can be eaten both as an independent and as a side dish to meat. Bon appetit!
