Thick milk pancakes

Thick hearty pancakes are sure to please you! I love pancakes with milk – any! Especially thick ones. One day, a 13-year-old daughter, experimenting with pancakes, put flour so that at least pancakes bake. She got out of the situation – added a little milk, and began to bake pancakes. They came out so thick that we were afraid they would be delicious. She wriggled out of it. Having made a sauce from sour cream and sugar, she stewed pancakes in it, and we praised this food for a long time. Alas, the newfound culinary recipe was not recorded, but I will try it for memory.

So, cooking thick pancakes! We will beat eggs into the dishes, beat them with salt and sugar, so that foam forms. Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and soda to this mixture, and mix everything.

Add flour carefully, in small portions. Make sure that the adze resembles sour cream of good density in consistency. Don't be afraid that the dough will be too thick – it will still be delicious! Add vanilla. I like to put a little sour apple in these pancakes, grated on a very large grater.

Now we will heat a thick-bottomed frying pan. You can put butter in a piece or melted. Or you can add a little vegetable oil to the dough, just grease the frying pan with oil.

Pour out the dough with a ladle, quietly distributing it over the entire surface. Fry thick pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Oh and delicious pancakes turn out!

We serve thick pancakes with sour cream or jam. Actually, jam will sound here, and any sauce.
