I will offer the following set of spices: a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Mix well – the minced meat is ready. We make balls the size of meatballs :) 4-5 cm in diameter. Next, we will not cook the "meatballs", but fry them in vegetable oil until they turn brown. Then we will put them in a cup, sprinkle with flour, at this time we will mix broth and cream in a frying pan. And we will simmer cotbullar in this mixture for 10 minutes. Serve with potatoes, sprinkled with broth sauce with cream :) Bon appetit!!
