To do this, we wash the chicken and cut it in pieces. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and heat it up, turn down the heat. Fry the chicken fillets and legs over low heat in olive oil. Peel the onion, rinse under running water and cut into half rings. Chop the ham finely, wash the fresh mushrooms, divide them into equal four parts across. The greens are washed and crushed. When the chicken meat is browned, add finely chopped onion, boiled chopped ham, mushrooms and aromatic chopped herbs to it. Fry for 4-5 minutes on low heat and pour the broth and boil. Then add finely chopped tomatoes, salt and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meat is soft. Chicken can be served without a side dish or make a side dish of homemade noodles seasoned with butter. We serve this food with fresh vegetables. This recipe comes from Arabic cuisine, loved by many people of neighboring countries and not only.
