  • Cut the beef into cubes and add it to a well-heated skillet with a third of the butter. Fry the meat until browned on all sides. Add the tomato paste and finely chopped garlic (or press it through a garlic press), thin it with a little water, and simmer until fully cooked. Meanwhile, work on the vegetables. In the remaining butter, sauté the chopped onion, add the zucchini cut into half-moons, and fry until golden. Cut the green beans into 1–1½ inch (3–4 cm) pieces and break the cauliflower into florets; cook them until tender, separately from each other. Combine all the cooked components in a pot (or skillet) and simmer together for about 10 minutes with a little added water. Season with salt near the end of cooking. Sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving. This dish, right at home on both a holiday table and an everyday one, is ready!
