Step-by-step cooking
Cut beef into cubes, put it in a well-warmed frying pan, with the addition of 1/3 butter. Fry the meat until it turns brown on all sides. After that, add tomato paste and finely chopped garlic (you can squeeze it out through a garlic chopper), slightly dilute with water and simmer until fully cooked. At this time, you can do vegetables. On the rest of the oil, we pass the chopped onion, add zucchini to it, cut into slices, fry until golden brown. Cut the beans into pieces of 3-4 cm, divide the cauliflower into inflorescences, cook until ready separately from each other. Put the finished ingredients in a saucepan (or frying pan) and simmer together for 10 minutes, with the addition of a small amount of water. Salt before the end of cooking. When serving, sprinkle with herbs. A dish suitable both for a holiday and for everyday life is ready!
