We offer to make one of the culinary recipes of Bulgarian cuisine. Cooking this meal will take you literally 30 minutes. The dish is designed for 4 servings, it is prepared easily and quickly and you will definitely like it, as well as much of the original Bulgarian cuisine, which combines Slavic, Turkish and Greek culinary traditions.
Cut the cheese into small cubes, put it in a medium bowl and pour soy sauce on top and mix gently. Leave to soak in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
In a deep bowl, break an egg, beat a little, and pour beer there. Gradually add the flour, stirring the mass constantly.
For frying, we use a special deep dish (you can use a saucepan). We heat vegetable oil in it. We take out the cubes of cheese from the sauce, dip them in batter and fry them until a golden crust forms, constantly turning them over.
We put the finished cheese in beer batter in a beautiful dish and serve it with tomato sauce and garlic. This food can be offered as a hearty snack with beer or as a side dish to the main dish.
