Cooking method
Mix flour with baking powder and sugar, trying to make the mixture as uniform as possible. Grate the orange peel on a fine grater. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, condensed milk, butter and orange zest. All this should stand for about half an hour. After half an hour, combine the contents of both bowls and knead the dough.
Heat up vegetable oil in a pot. In order to form a donut, we type the dough into our hand, pinch it with our fingers, turn the palm over and squeeze the fist. The dough is pressed through the thumb and index finger in the shape of a ball. Fry the donut in oil for a few minutes, constantly turning it over. If the ball has turned golden and "split", then it is ready.
We put the finished donuts on a paper towel in order to get rid of excess fat.
