Wash the wings, dry them, divide them into parts (the extreme one can be left for broth). Rinse the parsley and divide it into several bundles. Make a dough of beer and flour, it is not necessary to salt it. Dip the wings in the dough and immerse them in a bowl with boiling oil (it should cover the wings completely). Similarly, fry the parsley bunches in the dough. Pour the sauce over the finished wings with parsley. You can use absolutely any sauce, the simplest is just to buy soy sauce. Although the taste is already saturated, it never hurts to season in moderation.
