Step-by-step cooking
Cheese and beer croutons in Welsh is considered one of the well–known recipes of English cuisine. To prepare this culinary recipe, we take the cheese and rub it on a coarse grater, then we put water in a small saucepan and put it on fire. We spread the grated cheese on a smaller saucepan and put this pan on top of the one that is already on the stove. Stir the cheese constantly and gradually pour beer into a saucepan with cheese. Then beat the yolk with a mixer or you can manually and add salt, pepper to taste and mustard there. All this is thoroughly mixed and poured into a saucepan with cheese. It is necessary to stir this mass constantly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Remove the pots from the stove and start making toast. Toast the bread in the toaster. Spread the toasted slices of bread on a baking sheet and spread a thick layer of cheese mass on each slice. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake toast with cheese cream for 5-7 minutes at 180 ° C. As soon as the croutons get a golden crust, we immediately take them out of the oven. We spread the ready-made croutons on 6 plates, as many as portions are obtained from this recipe, and serve it to the table, preferably hot. The cooking time of delicious and hearty croutons with cheese is approximately 40-50 minutes. This food can be a great snack for beer or other alcoholic beverages. Enjoy your meal!
