This culinary recipe in the language of his homeland is called "lemon chicken", but I think we will not be mistaken if we call this food simply - chicken breasts with lemon. First we cook the chicken. In a large bowl, pour the chicken breasts, cut into large slices, with a mixture of sherry and soy sauce, pour half a teaspoon of salt and let it stand for fifteen minutes. In another bowl, beat the eggs, beat corn or potato starch and baking powder into them. Knead the dough.
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil to a temperature of 350 degrees (Fahrenheit). Dip the chicken breast slices into the dough and fry until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, make a mixture of sugar, one spoonful of starch, broth and lemon juice. Add one teaspoon of salt. Cut the lemon into thin rings, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and fry the lemon for 30 seconds.Then slowly introduce two tablespoons of starch into the cold chicken broth, stir thoroughly and slowly pour into the pan with lemon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour lemon sauce over the chicken breast.
