Fry all this for another 2 minutes, stirring so that it does not burn. If it burns, add water if necessary. It remains to add salt and sugar. The dish is ready, with the last “touch”, we put it on plates, sprinkle with green onions and that's it. Enjoy your meal. As a rule, this dish is served with boiled rice.
