  • Hi everyone! A friend delighted me yesterday with a new recipe for delicious chicken drumsticks and wings, and I decided to share it, since it turned out to be quick to make and so tasty that my husband nearly ate the plate too and told me to make it every day from now on. Take an onion and some mushrooms (my friend used finely chopped cremini, but I went with oyster mushrooms) along with grated carrot. Sauté it all over low heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then transfer it to a separate plate and mix in a raw egg — that's your filling. Now for the important part: take the chicken wings and, with a delicate touch, work the meat off the bones so you can tuck the filling into the space where the bones were. If that proves tricky, use a chicken drumstick and do the same. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then stuff it with the filling. Set it all in a hot skillet and brown on all sides. You can also finish it in the oven before serving. Enjoy!
