Hello everyone! Yesterday, a friend was pleased with a new recipe for cooking delicious chicken legs and wings, decided to share, since it wasn't long to cook, and the dish turned out to be so delicious that her husband almost ate a plate and told her to cook every day now.
We take onions and mushrooms (a friend cooked with finely chopped champignons, but I took oyster mushrooms) and carrots grated on a grater. Then fry everything over low heat, pepper and salt. Next, we put all this on a separate plate and mix it with raw egg – this will be the filling.
Now the most important job. It is necessary to take chicken wings, and jewelry separate the meat from the bones, so that where there were bones, now it would be possible to put the filling. If it doesn't work out, then you can take a chicken leg and do the same with it. After that, season the meat with salt, pepper and stuff with cooked minced meat. Now we put all this in a hot frying pan and fry our products from all sides. You can bake it using the oven and serve it on the table. Enjoy your meal!
