Step-by-step cooking
Recently I was visiting, and the hostess kindly shared with me her culinary recipe "Chicken breasts in onion sauce". It turned out that the food is very quickly prepared, gourmets should appreciate this dish. To cook chicken breast in onion sauce, I took a fillet, cut it in half, so that I got an envelope. Unwrapped the fillet halves and smeared with mustard and left for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, I peeled the onion and sliced both onions and leeks into rings. I fried it in a frying pan, where I previously added butter. Then I added dry wine, cream, honey, a little warm water to the onion in the frying pan, gently mixed it and put it out on low heat for about 15 minutes. Fillet well beaten, sprinkled with sesame seeds and fried in melted butter until fully cooked. I cooked rice for a side dish and, having served everything beautifully on a plate, poured the fillet and garnish with the resulting onion sauce. Try it! The culinary recipe is very simple, even young inexperienced housewives can cook this dish.
