Step-by-step cooking
This cooking recipe will allow you to cook very tasty meat, which your household will be happy to try. Roast pork at home is a food, the recipe of which I learned when I was visiting friends in Belarus. And it was so delicious that I immediately wrote down the recipe.
So, first of all we need the sauce. To prepare it, peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Massage it in vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour and lightly fry. Then the onion should be filled with broth and mix thoroughly, adding sour cream. The resulting mixture should be stewed for about 10 minutes.
Now let's get down to the main course. Cut the pork into 1 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper, and place on a well-heated frying pan. Fry for no more than 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the sauce over the fried meat, turn down the heat a little and fry for about 15-20 minutes.
This dish will be tastiest with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes (of course, because the dish is Belarusian).
Bon appetit!
