Cooking method
I used to think that pears can be consumed only in pickled form. What was my surprise when I found out that you can cook a lot of different delicious food from these mushrooms. These dishes include, first of all, fried pears with potatoes. If you want to try to cook this dish, then follow the instructions of the recipe. So, we start by soaking the pears in water for 30 minutes. After this time, we take the mushrooms out of the water and boil them in a small amount of water for about 5-7 minutes. After that, remove the mushrooms from the water, roll in sifted flour and fry in a frying pan in oil until fully cooked. After that, boil the peeled potatoes until tender. Now we put boiled potatoes with fried mushrooms, poured with a small amount of sour cream, in a heat-resistant dish and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5-7 minutes.
