I think everyone knows that frying is not the best way to cook food. But sometimes you just want to treat yourself and your loved ones with something so harmful, but very tasty. And today I gave such a slack and cooked a gift potato with champignons according to a very simple culinary recipe. I'm telling you about the method of cooking this dish. We start with the fact that we choose not soft, dense potatoes and peel them, rinse them in running water. After that, we cut it into thin strips. Now peel the onion and also finely chop it. Now we put a frying pan with vegetable oil on medium heat and fry the prepared onion. While the onion is frying, we take the mushrooms, wash them, dry them and cut them into small slices. After that, we transfer the mushrooms to the onion and fry for about 10 minutes (until all the water is boiled out of them). After this time, add potatoes to our mass and fry it all for another 20-25 minutes. When the potatoes with mushrooms are finally cooked, we put them on plates and serve them to the table hot.
