Fried Cauliflower with Egg, as a Side Dish
A tasty and wholesome side you absolutely have to try! Yesterday I peeked into the fridge and found a medium head of cauliflower I'd forgotten about a couple of days earlier. I decided to turn it into a side dish for the fried chicken legs that were just about done. If you'd like to make this too, just follow these simple steps.

Cooking method
- To start, take a small saucepan and bring some lightly salted water to a boil. Add the rinsed cauliflower florets and cook them for about 7–8 minutes. Then lift the florets out and pat them dry. Now heat a skillet with oil and fry the boiled florets for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and toss well. Then add as much of the breadcrumbs as needed and keep frying. After 5 minutes, add the eggs and fry for another 2–3 minutes. Then scatter in the coarsely grated cheese and fry for one more minute. And that's it — the cauliflower side dish is ready! All that's left is to serve it alongside your main course.
