Porcini mushrooms fried in cream

Fragrant, tender mushrooms can be served to the table with a side dish! Dear housewives, I hasten to share with you the recipe of a real Russian dish - mushrooms in cream. Russian cuisine is traditionally rich in mushroom dishes. I will not write a recipe for mushroom soup – everyone knows it anyway. But this snack is a real find! And it's very easy to cook and eat – you'll lick your fingers. I will not give the exact proportions, determine for yourself, to taste.

Step-by-step cooking

    Wash the mushrooms well, peel and cut into small cubes.

    Peel and chop the onion very finely. I use a special onion attachment from a blender for this.

    Immediately mix the onion with cream and a fairly thick homogeneous sauce is obtained.

    Now heat the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and fry lightly for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add spices and fry until golden brown. Add salt and pour onion sauce. Simmer over medium heat for another 10 minutes.

    Add finely chopped greens a few minutes before the end of cooking.
