Porcini Mushrooms in Cream

Fragrant, tender mushrooms you can serve with any side dish! Home cooks, I can't wait to share this genuinely Russian dish with you — mushrooms in cream. Russian cuisine has always been rich in mushroom dishes. I won't bother writing out a mushroom soup recipe — everyone knows that one already. But this little appetizer is a real gem! It's dead simple to make and absolutely finger-licking good. I won't give exact amounts — just go by taste.
