Porcini mushrooms fried in cream

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash the mushrooms well, peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 2:
Peel and chop the onion very finely. I use a special onion attachment from a blender for this.
Step 3:
Immediately mix the onion with cream and a fairly thick homogeneous sauce is obtained.
Step 4:
Now heat the butter in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and fry lightly for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add spices and fry until golden brown. Add salt and pour onion sauce. Simmer over medium heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Add finely chopped greens a few minutes before the end of cooking.
Step 6:
I serve fried mushrooms with boiled potatoes – yummy. Try it, I guarantee – you won't come off!
