Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Put the mushrooms and fry, stirring all the time, for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and wine and simmer for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on the fried mushrooms before serving.
