Step 1:
To prepare the salad, we will take the following ingredients: pork liver, onion, carrot, pickled cucumbers, garlic, green peas, mayonnaise, salt, sunflower oil and parsley.
Step 2:
Pork liver is cleaned from films and cut into pieces of 1 cm by 2 cm .
Step 3:
Fry the liver on medium heat in a frying pan pre-greased with sunflower oil. At the end of roasting, do not forget to add salt to the liver.
Step 4:
Cut carrots on a grater for cooking Korean carrots.
Step 5:
Lubricate the frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry the chopped carrots in a frying pan over low heat.
Step 6:
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.
Step 7:
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 8:
Mix together liver, carrot, onion, pickled cucumbers, garlic. We fill it with mayonnaise. We spread the salad in the form of a ring. In the center we pour green peas and decorate with parsley. The gluttony salad with liver is ready. Bon appetit!
