Step 1:
How to make chicken breasts with pepper? First, prepare the required products. If necessary, defrost the meat in advance, wash it and dry it thoroughly. Wash the vegetables, too, and peel them, seeds and stalks. Take peppers of different colors to make the dish look brighter and more appetizing.
Step 2:
Separate the chicken fillet from the bone, if necessary (you can immediately buy a pitted fillet). Remove the skin.
Step 3:
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Step 4:
Put the meat in a bowl and sprinkle with curry. Add salt. Pepper it. Stir and leave for at least 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings.
Step 6:
Cut the bell pepper into strips. I have it in two colors, red and yellow. You can take orange, green.
Step 7:
Squeeze the juice out of a fresh orange. You can replace it with juice in a jar only if it is sugar-free.
Step 8:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion until it changes color slightly. I fry for about five minutes.
Step 9:
Add chicken fillet to the pan. Fry it for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
Step 10:
Pour orange juice to the chicken. Start simmering the meat, stirring, over low heat. It will take at least 15 minutes.
Step 11:
Add chopped pepper to the pan.
Step 12:
And mix. Cook the dish until fully cooked and to your liking. If you want ruddy meat, give the chicken time to fry well, and only then add pepper. If you want some sauce, pour in boiled water. For taste, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, put chopped garlic in a dish.

Done! Ready-made chicken breast with bell pepper can be decorated with herbs and served on the table.

I don't like chicken breast very much, because it's a little dry for my taste. However, chicken breast with bell pepper is a pretty tasty dish and the dryness of the breast disappears.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
