Step 1:
Mix all the dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar.
Step 2:
In another bowl, beat the egg to a froth.
Step 3:
Add milk, mix.
Step 4:
Add the flour mixture, mix everything (I whipped it with a blender) and add the melted butter (or vegetable 2 tbsp). The dough will turn out to be runny.
Step 5:
Bake in a dry frying pan until golden brown. You can spread it with a tablespoon, or pour it into a bottle with a dispenser.
