    Step 11:

  • Grate the cheese on the fine holes of a grater, add the potato starch and garlic, and mix. Heat a skillet, grease it lightly with vegetable oil, spoon in 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture, spread it out with a spoon, and let the cheese melt. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly. Lift the cheese round off with a spatula and quickly drape it over an upturned glass, pressing it with your hand for 15 seconds to form a cup. Remove the finished basket and fill it with salad. For the salad: roughly chop the tomato and salmon, add the boiled shrimp, croutons, and boiled quail eggs cut in half, dress with sour cream, garnish with fresh herbs, and spoon into the cheese baskets. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Makes 6 to 8 baskets.
