Step 1:
To prepare a quick pizza according to this recipe, we will need a frying pan with a bottom 28 cm in diameter. If you don't have a frying pan with such a bottom, just reduce the amount of ingredients offered.
Step 2:
To prepare the base in a deep bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise and use a whisk to turn everything into a homogeneous mass. In the egg-sour cream mixture, gradually add 1 tablespoon of flour without a top and knead a thin dough.
Step 3:
Grease a cold frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. On top of the liquid dough, we distribute ketchup, and the rest of the filling to your taste. I use chopped mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, we put the filling in any order.
Step 4:
Having laid out mushrooms with ham and tomatoes, which I seasoned with salt and ground black pepper on top, I fill the filling with grated cheese. We put the pan on the stove, first turn on the fire at full power for 2 minutes to grab the cake, then make a minimum fire, cover the pan with a lid and bake the pizza in the pan until the cheese melts, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 5:
Cut the finished pizza in portions and serve it to the table. Fast, delicious and very nutritious pizza in a frying pan is ready in 10 minutes! Enjoy your meal!
