Step 1:
Diced carrots and onions

Cut potatoes
Step 3:
Pour oil into the bowl of a slow cooker, fry onions and carrots for 2 minutes, add potatoes, fry for another 2 minutes
Step 4:
Cut the hot pepper, add, fry for another 2 minutes
Step 5:
Chop the sausages
Step 6:
Cut tomatoes
Step 7:
Add the sausages and tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes
Step 8:
Add sour cream and not much water - half a glass (if you want it to be thinner)
Step 9:
Stir, switch the slow cooker to quenching mode, close the lid and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 10:
