Cooking method
To begin with, we prepare the products:
- if necessary, defrost the minced meat,
- peel the onion and garlic from the husk, after which we cut the onion into small cubes, and three garlic on a fine grater,
- hard cheese three on a grater,
- bacon cut into small pieces,
- cut the pickles into small cubes (you can not use them at all or, on the contrary, add more. In this matter, it is worth focusing on your own preferences, but they add a certain piquancy to the dish. Other pickles, such as mushrooms, are also perfect).
Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius. We put a large frying pan on medium heat, heat it up together with a small amount of vegetable oil. We put the minced meat in the pan, chop it into smaller pieces with a spatula. Add chopped onion, grated garlic, dry spices, salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat (ideally, freshly ground). Mix everything and fry for a couple of minutes. Then pour in the Worcestershire sauce. Cook everything together for 8-10 minutes, and then remove the pan from the heat.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix lightly beaten chicken eggs with half of grated cheese, sour cream and mustard. Stir until smooth.
Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the mixture with minced meat from the frying pan into it. Sprinkle the minced meat with pieces of bacon and pickles. Next, pour the liquid mixture on top. The last layer is spread with the remaining grated cheese.
We put the mold in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (until the cheese starts to bubble).
Serve the dish hot on the table!
Bon appetit!
