- Sauté the onion. 2. Add the ground turkey, salt, and pepper, and cook until done. 3. Blend all the batter ingredients together with a mixer. 4. Grease a springform pan with oil and dust it with breadcrumbs. 5. Pour half the batter into the pan. 6. Spread the filling over it. 7. Pour the remaining batter on top. 8. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–30 minutes. 9. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Enjoy!
