Step 1:
LIVER MASS: Pass the liver through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender. Add milk.
Step 2:
Add semolina.
Step 3:
Mix and leave for half an hour to swell semolina.
Step 4:
VEGETABLE MASS: Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put it in a frying pan with oil and fry over low heat, stirring.
Step 5:
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add to the onion. Simmer the vegetables over low heat until tender, stirring.
Step 6:
At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper, cool.
Step 7:
PIE: Add salt and pepper to the liver mass, mix with a whisk. Lubricate the mold with a diameter of 26 cm with oil. Lay out half of the liver.
Step 8:
Lay out the vegetables, press lightly with a spatula.
Step 9:
Lay out the second half of the liver and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 10:
FILLING: Combine sour cream and egg, beat with a whisk.
Step 11:
Pour on the liver, bake in the oven for another 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 12:
Bake until well browned. Let cool a little and you can serve. Especially very tasty in cold form. You can decorate with greenery or at will.
