Pork and Potatoes in Cranberry Sauce

Pork goes down easier with a little cranberry sauce! Slow-baking in a pot, along with the sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce, makes the meat tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The finished dish comes out juicy and irresistible!

    1. Blend the cranberries in a blender. Add the zest of one orange, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of orange juice, oil, honey, mustard, and Italian herbs. 2. Cut the meat into small pieces and let it marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Dice the potatoes. Add dried dill and salt and toss. 4. In individual baking pots, layer the potatoes, then the marinated meat, and a little garlic. Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Enjoy!
