Step 1:
Warm up the serum, but do not allow boiling. Mix sugar, salt, flour into it. Break with a whisk.
Step 2:
Homogeneous thick dough.
Step 3:
The dough should be so thick that it slowly falls from the spoon (it does not flow, otherwise it will not turn out pancakes, but pancakes). It is now possible to add soda to it, mix well and fry.
Step 4:
Fry over medium heat in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil.
Step 5:
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Pancakes are very suitable, like donuts, and do not fall off after cooling. I recommend removing it from the pan on a paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed.
