Cooking method
1. Beat one egg with salt to a liquid state;
2. Pour it on a flat plate and put slices of bread there;
3. Turn the slices over after 5-10 minutes;
4. Beat the second egg to a liquid state;
5. Add grated cheese on a fine grater;
6. Add finely chopped garlic and herbs;
7. If desired, add spices, mix everything;
8. Put slices of bread in a well-heated frying pan with butter;
9. Put the cheese and egg mass on the slices;
10. Cover with a lid and fry until the bottom of the toast is browned;
11. After browning the bottom, turn the toast over and fry until the top of the toast is browned. Bon appetit!
